What are the shipping fees? 

  1. Free shipping for all U.S. orders! 
  2. It is at customer's expense to ship items overnight or next day. 

Is there shipping insurance? 

  1. Yes. With every purchase above the value of $500, there is shipping insurance to claim the value if lost or stolen in transit. 

What is the delivery timeline? 

  1. All orders have a timeline of 7 to 10 business days to be shipped out of our HQ. 
  2. If you are in need of an item earlier than the posted timeline, please call, email, or chat with us for more information. 

What is your Return + Exchange policy? 

  1. All custom design or special orders are final sale. 
  2. A 10-day (from purchase date) Return + Exchange policy. 
  3. Contact us via call, chat, or email for more information about returning or exchanging your order!

What if my item has a defect? 

  1. At Mirage Fine Jewelers, we go through product inspection before orders are packaged, however, if a product arrives defective please contact us via the Call, Chat feature, or email us with Name and Order Number at themiragefinejewelers@gmail.com

Will I be charged duties and taxes? 

  1. U.S. and Canada 
    1. Duties are included for the U.S. and Canada. Appropriate taxes are applied at check-out according to the location of the shipping address.
  2. Australia and Europe
    1. Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products for Australia and most European countries. Before ordering, please check with your local customs office or contact themiragefinejewelers@gmail.com if you have any questions about import taxes and duties. 
  3. Other international shipments 
    1.  Please note that duties and taxes may be applied to your shipment that you will be responsible for. Mirage Fine Jewelers cannot advise estimated costs, since fees vary by country. To learn more, please contact your local customs office or postal carrier. Note that Mirage Fine Jewelers will not be able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
